2024: In my current role I act as ITIL Change Manager with this major governmental institute. The upmost important objective is to ensure the continuity and stability of the (generic) IT Environments of all our business units and all its partners and suppliers.
We make sure all soft and hardware implementations, projects and maintenance are done in a highly controlled manner and make sure the IT Infrastructures is as stable as possible (mitigate risks).
